4-Way Speech Contest

High school students present to the club and apply the principles of Rotary International’s 4-Way Test to a current ethical issue. Students are challenged to identify a topic they feel passionate about and to adopt a point of view from which they will seek to persuade others. It should be something from the speaker’s personal experience or general knowledge. Students advance from our club to the District 6630’s Speech Contest.

For more information, contact the 4-Way Speech Chair.

Rotary Youth Exchange Program

Building global citizens one student at a time.

Rotary Youth Exchange immerses students ages 15 -19 in the cultures of other countries expanding their understanding of the world, making lifelong friends, learning new languages, and exposing them to a world of possibilities. Sponsored by Rotary Clubs in more than 100 countries, the Youth Exchange program is possible because of the dedication, leadership, and passion of the tens of thousands of volunteers – Rotary members and nonmembers alike – who make this unique program so successful.

Interact Clubs

Students at Interact Clubs at Chagrin Falls and Kenston schools organize at least two service projects each year. One project helps their school or community, and one promotes international understanding. Rotary Club sponsors mentor and guide students as they carry out projects and develop leadership skills.

Students of the Month

Students of the Month are selected at Chagrin Falls and Kenston High Schools. The selection is based on academic performance, community service, school activities, and being well-rounded. Our Rotary Club has been recognizing Students of the Month for over 30 years. To learn more about recent Students of the Month, visit our News page.
