Application Instructions

The Rotary Club of Chagrin Valley is offering scholarships to graduates from Chagrin Falls High School and Kenston High School Classes of 2027.

Auburn Career Center and Excell TECC students from these same high schools pursuing a vocational degree from an accredited institution may apply for Vocational Scholarships.

Students from these same high schools pursuing a bachelor's degree may apply for Academic Scholarships.

Grants may range up to $6000.

Scholarships will be awarded on:  Need, Community Service, Academic Achievement, Extracurricular Activity, a Letter of Recommendation, and a Student three to four paragraph Essay reflecting the motto of Rotary International, “Service Above Self”.

Instructions

Please complete the application listed on the Rotary of Chagrin Valley Website, menu item “Youth & Education”, marked in a sub menu as Student Scholarship Application.

  • Complete (type) online and print, or
  • Print the application and complete legibly by hand

Once Application is completed, combine the following documents in a packet:

  1. The Application
  2. A qualified letter of Recomendation
  3. A three to four paragraph Essay reflecting “Service Above Self”
  4. A current resume (if suitable)

Submit all packet documents to your respective High School Guidance Adimistrative Assistant in person or by e-mail:

Late Applications WILL NOT be accepted
