Additional Requirements: 

  1. Please provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher, counselor, coach, clergy, or other adult advisor. You may include it with the application or have it sent to your high school guidance department by the deadline.
  2. Please write a three or four paragraph essay on a separate document to include  your life challenges or accomplishments thus far and incorporate the spirit of the Rotary Motto: “Service Above Self”
  3. Print Application and send application, letter of recommendation, essay and resume (if suitable) to your High School Guidance Administrative Assistant for their submittal to the Rotary Club of Chagrin Valley
