Home Delivered Meals

Chagrin Valley Rotarians deliver hot meals and warm smiles to seniors who are homebound and/or unable to prepare meals for themselves. Working with the Geauga County Department on Aging's Home Delivered Meals program, members volunteer to deliver a nutritionally balanced lunch up to five days a week. It's a great way to care for seniors' health and keep them engaged socially.

Every year during the holiday season, you’ll see Chagrin Valley Rotarians ringing the bell to raise money for the Salvation Army at locations around Bainbridge and Chagrin Falls. They bundle up, sing holiday carols, and raise money for those in need in Geauga County. Get in the holiday spirit by volunteering to “ring the bell” for Salvation Army next year!

Chagrin Valley Rotarians volunteer with the Geauga County Department on Aging to support its Chore and Home Safety Program, which builds wheelchair ramps and helps retrofit homes of disabled people in the county. In 2022, Rotarians built two ramps at residents’ homes, making it easier for them to navigate their worlds.
